Room 017 was a very noisy one, open to the restaurant in the basement and the lobby.
Room also smelled funny and I had to sleep with the window open

Main floor room was a little noisy in the morning across from the breakfast buffet.
All in all great value stay.

The staff are very helpful. Very clean hotel. I always stay here when in Madrid on business. close to shops and cafes.

First time in SPAIN !! started from Madrid Loved it !! Would definitely recommed staying here ..easy access to metro. Even during night time 15 mins walking from metro to the hotel very safe.
Hotel staff was Excellent!! We had breakfast for 2 days ...good food. I am very picky with cleanliness but the hotel was very clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great housekeeping, rooms great size. Although shower are steep to climb in, but bathroom size great. The location is not touristy, but has a nearby grocery store and restaurants to dine in. Walkable distance to La Moraleja metro station and Uber ride to nearby other stations.
