Staff was very cold and unwelcoming. Pool was not heated. No place to sit and enjoy the pool. Falsely advertised.

Excellent location. Everything walking distance. Wonderful breakfast/rooftop. Rooms are lovely and modern.

I chose this hotel for the rooftop views and pool and the views were spectacular! The location was also perfect, right beside a metro station and very close to another. Lots to see and do in the area on foot. Overall the hotel doesn’t have much to offer, a very small outdated lobby, very old washrooms for public use and no other communal areas. The room was nice and I had a good view but it wasn’t very clean. There was lots of dust and dirt around the room and it seemed it had been tidied but not properly cleaned.

The location is right in the middle of city walkable to almost every place we wanted to visit

Would give it 5 stars but the bathroom door stuck (had to slam to close) and there was an odd smell in the bathroom when we first arrived.
