Hotel was under construction and there was no one available at the time given for check in. When we were able to contact someone by phone they said that they were waiting for us it was a lie as we were calling from the side walk by the main entrance which was locked

The room is good but no life in the area. Not appropriate for tourist.

FIRE THE MANAGER WHO DO NOT KNOW HOSPITALY
Posted 29 Mar 2023 on HotelsService was really very good but the new management are making things were really bad and misserable in order to SAVE MONEY
Breakfast terrible; poor quality cold cuts, not eggs or anything hot, limited service and attention (only one person to handle breakfast to dozens of people)
Maintenance many things did not work, Doors do not lock properly, WC where stuck room temperature difficult to handle.
Some amenities like water on the reception eliminated (to force people to but water) but the refrigerators were empty..
Also rooms use to have a equipped with coffe or tea machines Well NO LONGER ARE THERE.
i am not sure if the new manager is trying to KILL THE HOTEL or just REDUCE COSTS TO INCREMENT HIS BONUS but this guy SHOULD BE FIRED BEFORE RUINING WHAT USE TO BE A NICE HOTEL

Hotel just ok
Posted 31 Oct 2022 on HotelsHotel is in an industrial area, far from amenities. The nearest metro is 30 minutes away (scary to walk from metro at night). The room is clean, but basic ( no bar fridge or coffee/tea ). The carpet in the passage on our floor was dirty (construction work - not professional). In my opinion the hotel receptionist does not know how to make hotel guests feel welcome. The same receptionist did not even bother to ask if I was happy with my stay when I checked out.
