Location, location, location. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was well appointed. Will stay here again.

Great, convenient place to stay in Madrid. Nothing fancy but it was perfectly fine for our 3 night stay. Any time there was an issue and we mentioned it to staff, they took care of it right away. Sabrina at the front desk was very helpful and helped us check in early.

At first, the red walls and the red neon room sign caused me rejection. But once inside the room, I found it clean and spacious. I was in room 501. It has a balcony and high ceilings. The bathroom was nice in the shower outstanding I will definitely be back.

Great location, staff was really nice. The room was available when I arrived (before check in time) so I was able to settle down.
