Excellent hotel with a wonderful breakfast spread.
Our room was clean every day and towels were changed every day. Highly reccomended.

Maria Franzon and her staff were excellent! They really went beyond by upgrading our room after sharing our issues with the booking.
Each staff member was extremely helpful and could not have been any sweeter.

The ammenities, staff and beds are AMAZING! All is clean and stylish. I strongly recommend paying a bit more and enjoy your stay in Madrid with the piece of mind that you will be taken care of and sleep in a comfortable and friendly place.

My room was absolutely beautiful and clean. The staff all spoke fluent English and were all very kind and helpful.

Very helpful staff. Clean, quiet room. Was able to get a massage booked in room via front desk help. 1 block away from Anton Martin Metro station, 2 stops from Atocha Train station so very easily accesible. A great neighborhood with loads of eating options. 15- minute walk to Reina Sofia Museum.
