Excellent value, it’s not the Hilton but provides a friendly welcome by the owner, clean comfortable bed and clean shower which is all you need.

Excellent service. The staff very nice. It is very compact room but with great comfort and very clean. In the heart of Madrid. Safe

The property was in a good location within Madrid, but the street was somewhat rundown. The hotel was the same. It just did not meet my standards. It was old and tattered. We ended up departing after one night and took another hotel. You know that you in the wrong place when the hotel supplies ear plugs on the night stand.

Everyone has their personal opinion, when you made the reservation you should be clear that we are not a hotel, we are a guest house, so we meet the standards for our category. If you read the opinions you should know why the plugs in the rooms, it is not because we are ragged, it is because of the soundproofing that in these old buildings you can hear what is around you and the noise from the street, which is not deteriorated either, it is one of the streets busiest in the center of madrid. We are a serious establishment for families and clean, hence our score in internet comments

Good budget friendly place

If you want a place to sleep and are planing on being on the city a lot and not in the room then this is the place. It is small but works if you are on a budget. The only complain is the the street is loud up until 3-4am so it is a little difficult to get rest. They provide earplugs to help and of course this is not their fault, it’s just the neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and it helped us keep the budget available for other activities.
