Great hotel and room

Attention to details, very clean and tidy with nice ‘add-ons’ (chargers, game console joysticks, coffee beans, area tips, yoga mats, etc). Full kitchen too, ended up not using as I spent the entire trip museum hopping - which brings the next big plus: walking distance to Reina Sofia, El Prado and Thyssen-Bornemisza museums, Reina Sofia being the closest, I walked to all 3 end enjoyed coffee stops or a beer or two along the way.
The ‘hotel’ is 3 minutes away from El Roble, one of the breakfast places Bob W recommends. I did have dinner there and it was well worth it- recommended!

Amazing aparthotel. The staff were super friendly and ready to help at all hours. We had an issue with the access code upon arriving late at night and the staff responded immediately and were very helpful. They also check with you periodically to see how you’re doing which was nice. All the kitchen necessities were provided for you to cook your meals. Nicely decorated apartment, comfortable beds with a home-y yet unique feel. Good location, within short walking distance to the Prado and Reina Sofia museums. Quiet location at night despite being multiple bars around the area. Grocery store and market conveniently located across the street. Will stay at another Bob W hotel in the future!

The communication with Bob W Arte in Madrid before and whilst at the property was excellent.
Access code sent beforehand and entry was straight forward. The apartment was brilliant, as described, really comfy and abt 15 mins from train and bus station in a normal neighbourhood where we felt safe. Lots of choice to buy groceries nearby, reasonably priced. Metro stop 5mins away, but we walked everywhere and loved experiencing the different areas of Madrid.
We loved our trip, and would definitely return to this apartment in the future.
