Practical & minimalistic (Madrid outskirts)
Pros: Good size room, comfortable bed, good size bathroom, reasonable lighting. Very helpful staff. Parking and coffee/tea and water free on every room. Good location for business meetings (if your clients are outside Madrid). Cons: There's a lot of room for improvement regarding breakfast (better coffee, better buffet with more options. Buffet is very restricted). There is no restaurant service any longer. But there are two restaurants two minutes away, or several in a shopping mall (5 minutes walk from the hotel). Still not great.

Sin traslado desde el aeropuerto
La habitación está súper bien, espaciosa, cama cómoda, bien insonorizada a pesar de estar al lado del ascensor. El único pero de la habitación es que el plato de la ducha estaba tupido. La razón por la que cogí este hotel es que estaba cercano al aeropuerto para una escala muy corta. Para mi sorpresa, el hotel no cuenta con servicio de traslado desde el aeropuerto, y te trasladan al aeropuerto desde el hotel sólo si lo reservas con dos días de antelación. Teniendo en cuenta que la tarifa plana de taxi desde el aeropuerto son 30 euros cada trayecto, el precio del hotel te sube a uno de 5 estrellas. No lo recomendaría principalmente por esta razón, no es especialmente barato y llamándose "Aeropuerto T4", debería tener servicio de traslado ida y vuelta gratuito. El desayuno tampoco es muy variado la verdad. En definitiva si vas en coche puede estar bien, pero no lo recomendaría para nadie que busque un lugar para quedarse para una escala entre dos vuelos.

Good for a short stay
Since I was only stopping over in Madrid one night this was a good hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I liked that I was given a paper listing all the amenities available. The receptionist helped me arrange a ride to the airport since you had to arrange the free shuttle 24 hours in advance. The Cabify was cheaper by 50% than the taxi. The room was very comfortable, large with clean big bathroom. Very quiet the night I stayed. Breakfast was expensive I think —nearly 10 Euros for an average meal but definitely adequate. Didn’t see any other readily available choice. The only thing that concerned me was there were some areas around the elevator that were exposed and peeling molding in the bathroom which gave it a worn look. otherwise an adequate safe hotel.

Very bad experience
They gave us a room with EXTREME smell of smoking. When we asked another one they said "There is nothing to do, sorry" there were 2 big bugs in the room and one disgusting one in the elevator. The whole corridor was full of bad smell. Very dirty room with careless employees. Will never ever stay there...
