Great location on Gran Via and walking distance to thousands of shops, restaurants, bars, attractions, etc... We were allowed an early check in, staff was wonderful and the place was even better than the pictures.

Near all amenities that anyone can think of.
I didn’t like the hotel, especially what i paid for was a lot more than what this property is worth.

Location was perfect for easy walking to all the sights, shopping and dining. Disappointed that the rooftop bar and splash pool were closed for renovations. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Excellent location, friendly staff. The King room was good size. It would have been nice if the rooftop were not closed, but it was still a very nice stay. I would stay here again.

The best location to walk in Madrid area. A lot of dining and shopping options.
