Amazing staff and facilities. Stayed when there was construction going on across the street so access by car was limited. I would definitely stay here again if I am visiting Madrid.

Excellent hotel! The only problem is that the construction of the “plaza” limits the access and complicates the transportation.

Nice but carpet in room under bed was filthy
