Great great location and nice hotel ! Basic but nice!! Location location location !! If you travel during Christmas time , the best Christmas tree in Madrid in Puerta del Sol!!

The center location of this hotel was perfect, few feet from the metro, the only thing I couldn’t sleep it’s in the plaza center so people are out very late! I think the staff overwhelmed with work! Few times I had to walk away from asking about things need it! Bits it’s clean and the room are spacious!

This Hotel Europa is highly recommendable.
from the location to all their staffs and they had an excellent service. Room was impeccable everyday snd it is convenient to all places.
Overall - a 10!
