I used to love staying at this hotel during my early years working in Madrid, shortly after it first opened. However, I stopped coming because both the staff and the overall atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming. This time, I decided to give it another chance and booked a suite only to be reminded why I wonā€™t be returning.

The hotel is right at the heart of Granvia..felt like Iā€™m in time square coz we came in right in time of their Christmas celebration where they lighted up the streets of the city. The hotel itself is 5 star quality, the rooms are well decorated, bed and beddingā€™s are nice and neat, bathroom is clean and fancy. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was worth it. All the staff are nice and courteous and accommodating. Will definitely come back to stay here on our next trip..will recommend to friends as well.

I chose this hotel for the rooftop views and pool and the views were spectacular! The location was also perfect, right beside a metro station and very close to another. Lots to see and do in the area on foot. Overall the hotel doesnā€™t have much to offer, a very small outdated lobby, very old washrooms for public use and no other communal areas. The room was nice and I had a good view but it wasnā€™t very clean. There was lots of dust and dirt around the room and it seemed it had been tidied but not properly cleaned.

I was traveling with teenage boys. This was the perfect location, in the heart of the theatre district with tons of shopping and restaurants, just outside the metro station, and walking distance to lots of sites. Despite being in a busy area the room was completely quiet with the window closed. The room was lovely, shower was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is exactly what the picture shows and not an inch more, it is small and when we tried to go it was too crowded to join. Other than that it was an excellent place to stay and Iā€™d return if going to Madrid again.

The hotel was great! Reception wasnā€™t the best. But made up for at the breakfast restaurant, all the best were superstars there. Would maybe be back, but definitely need a more friendly reception staff.

Got the metro from the airport 28 mins it took. Used the Grand Via exit at Plazza de EspaƱa we were right at the front door of the hotel .

Loved everything about the place. The staff couldn't do enough for you. Rooms very clean. All the mains sights of Madrid were close by. Roof top plunge pool great after a day of sightseeing.

Lovely clean hotel with very nice staff. Only a couple of down points: - only 1 lift was working our entire stay which meant some long wait times as hotel was fully booked (they did however have engineers working on it) - the rooms could be better sound proofed (quite noisy from the street etc - we were on 6th floor) - the shelving in the bathroom opposite the toilet is a bit of a hazard if your tall - was lovely having the plunge pool and bar area but they are very limited for space around it (not sunbed just cushioned chairs etc)
