"The apartment was large and had lots of space. Beds were very uncomfortable and we were unable to rest. Best part was the closeness to the ski mountain and going sledding. The town was super cute! "

"Super zentrale Unterkunft mitten in der Stadt. Appartment sind schön eingerichtet, gross, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Würde sofort wieder hier Buchen."

"Great location in a beautiful area. Clean, quiet. Friendly staff — however, Wednesday is "early closing" so you need to phone to be let in, but the person lives just across the road and is happy to come quickly. Sauna & pool 8.30 till 8 but locked after that. Bar/café (except Weds) so coffee & croissant can be got for breakfast. Slightly odd pricing structure, involving paying extra if using the kitchen in the apartments, but in the end we didn't use it so paid pretty much (though not exactly)...

"This is a wonderful property with so many great amenities. We were in town for a wedding so it was a quick trip and we were away most of the evening. Would have loved to have more time to stay. The apartment was exceptional! Having the extra 1/2 bath made all the difference with 3 adults traveling together. We will definitely be back when in the area next."

" Greeting with Champagne and tour through hotel. Hotelroom nice and clean. Beds comfortable. Dinner that was included was a 5 course meal that was excellent. Breakfast buffet was also excellent. "Great stay. Interesting arrival as you need to pull in behind the hotel in an alley to unload and check in. They have a porter for your luggage and very nice staff. Breakfast was more than ample. Staff was amazing and location cannot be beat. Parking is easy, just across the river in the Therm parking under the street. Room was more than average size and clean"

"I really wanted to give this hotel 5 stars but felt it wouldn’t be fair. Here is a detailed review: hotel reception and facilities all get 5 stars. The restaurant has good selection of food options and quality is high but they charge 4.5 euros for tap water so 4 stars for the restaurant. I understand that this happens in Austria but in such up market hotel I expected better. They were generous with fruits and we found apple everywhere. The cafe was brilliant after ski. Peter who served us twice was fantastic. We ordered ham and cheese toast and beer and it was amazing. He is friendly and helpful. 5 stars go to the cafe for sure. Spa was amazing and choices of saunas and swimming pools and also sauna program by Rita was amazing so 5 stars there. They also have nibbles at the spa which is great. We didn’t try the massage service but prices seemed reasonable. The ski hire and storage were well organized and super convenient so definitely 5 stars. Sheki at ski hire was super knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms were also good and comfortable but one issue and that is what super hot. So it gets 4 stars. Room cleaning was prompt and amazing and two issues we had was fixed immediately so 5 stars there. Overall a pleasant hotel which we loved and enjoyed our time"

Amazing place!

"The room was great! Floors were heated, large bathroom and bedroom. Amazing views out the windows! The facility has two restaurants that are great, the spa is amazing! They give you robes and everyone in the hotel stays in them most of the day. The underground to the theme pools is awesome! This was an amazing place to stay! Right in the middle of old town and Christmas markets!"
