Excellent experience. The room was clean and quiet. The special little decorative touches were great. Front desk service was great and very good at her job.

Very friendly staff.They helped me with TV remote control it was hard to understand. Very good breakfast too.

The pool, fitness area and spa were out of action when I was there (significant renovation/maintenance) so if that's important - check status of work before confirming booking.

I asked for a non-smoking room. The room smelled of old cigarette smoke that they attempted to mask with an obnoxious air freshener which made it worse.

It appears that a lot of the staff has changed in the last month or so, big improvement. Friendly and efficient. Clean and well lit.

The staff was super friendly. When we asked for new towels the staff was super fast. They had a nice breakfast with a pretty good selection including waffles. We enjoyed our stay.
