The hotel is very outdated. My room smelled like smoke and the bathroom shower had hair from a previous guest in it. There were also wild kids running through the halls. I would not stay here again.

We loved our stay & the Governor’s Club rooms were really nice although they did not allow my daughter in the lounge area with her well behaved (didn’t even cry) baby, The bartender told her she could have her in there because we had other friends in there but the concierge made her leave & she had to sit outside in the chairs while everyone mingled inside. On another note- shuttle driver T was top notch & so accommodating & we can’t thank him enough. The front desk staff were super friendly.

I love staying here when I go to Madison. The rooms are clean, the bed is absolutely outstandingly comfortable and Lewis at the front desk is a national treasure and makes us feel at home!

We stayed in the room ofd the pool and we absolutely loved it. Plus its located by State St so easy to walk around and find whatever you need.

This is our second time staying here. Our room was huge and clean. Comfy bed. Excellent breakfast via room service. Great location. The 11:00 checkout is nice. No rushing in the morning . We were in town for Mens WI Badger Basketball game. We will definitely stay here again.
