The hotel is in great shape and was very clean but would not stay again. The inability to control the AC from our room was infuriating. It was freezing the first night then burning up the last 2 nights. When I called the front desk about it they asked what temp I wanted and they set it from their desk. Very inconvenient. Also, housekeeping did not come the entire time we were there and when I called the front desk to complain about not having any towels or toilet paper and piled up garbage, they finally sent someone but she just handed me the garbage bag for me to do it myself.
These reasons combined with the $20/night parking is enough of an inconvenience that I’d stay elsewhere next time I’m in Madison. There are tons of other great hotels in the area.

Modern, clean, comfortable, Front desk staff were very helpful, pleasant. Good food in restaurant and bartender was very nice, thoughtful with bringing drinks and condiments!
