bugs in room . sheets and pillows dirty .

Sorry for the inconvenience caused, but we will make sure that room is mopped properly as this is outdoor property and when the room is left open for few seconds, the bugs get in. But we will make sure that this is not repeated in future.

Non smoking room reeks of cigarette smoke

Sorry for the inconvenience, but last night one guest stayed in this room and he smoked in the room. But we had make sure that we have sprayed fragrance in the room.

Slim pickings on a UGA football weekend so took a chance because ratings were decent. No picture of the facility and picture of the one apparently decent room. It’s a dumpy motor inn on a loud, busy highway. The ratings were because of two posters that left numerous 10 ratings.

I never write reviews, but this was BAD. The lock to my room didn't work. The drawers were full of trash. There was hair on the towels. A cockroach in the shower. A lightbulb that needed replacing. The one visible staff member was too busy eating a bagel to help me at the check-in desk.
