Suffered a fire, lost everything,and the lady behind the counter gave my future husband such a hassle because he lost his ID. I am the one who paid,and I have a valid id so there was no reason for the hassle and very rude attitude. I work in customer service, I would never dream of talking to even the dirtiest bum that way...she dropped it when I said I'd take my money somewhere else though.

I didn’t like anything! The front desk lady obviously was a family member of the owners. It was dirty, bed and pillows uncomfortable and hard. Shower didn’t drain, had to remove the drain plug just to prevent water getting deep. Curtains ripped and floor heating system stained and filthy. 2 towels and 2 washcloths for and they were paper thin. No breakfast either. Hotel property sketchy and not the safest. Hard wood floors in halls and rooms so you hear everything. I checked out and stayed at a different hotel. I won’t be back!! They’re not even cheap. Disappointed, first and last stay for me.

You’re getting what you pay for at an excellent rate. Only downside I can think of is there’s no elevator.
