My stay at the Courtyard Marriott East in Madison was lovely all around.

The room that I paid for was king room with whirlpool and extra sofa that is for 3 people but received room with only one king bed and no sofa so I had to sleep on the floor. Whirlpool was full of spiders and room is nothing like the picture I paid for. They dont have free coffee and breakfast is horible only had bagels and muffins. Staff wasnt nice so I ended up checking out the following day and went to different hotel as I couldn’t stand sleeping on the floor and room full of spiders . Room was so small you could barely fit 2 people a not 3 at all.walls were dirty with so many oil stains and dry bugs it was horrible

The location is perfect and the property has been well maintained. I have not eaten at the hotel (my choice for more options). Pool area was clean and well taken care of.
