Our TV was broken on arrival and they immediately replaced it even though it was getting late. Great attitudes of the staff.

I arrived and found the phone didn't work there wasn't an alarm clock and the remote was broken. The front desk did address these issues right away and i was happy with the results.
The light on the wall outside my room flickered the entire time of my stay. The door jam to my room looked as though the door had been pryed open and the latch was missing. You could see light through the door where the jam was damaged. The balcony was covered in spiders. I counted like 12 in total.
This hotel was close to the job i was working.
Traveling for work i would stay there again. Traveling with my family i would choose a different hotel.
Many construction workers were staying there and prices didn't seem consistent.

Explanations for price differences would vary depending on how and when the reservation was made, the room that was selected, for what length of stay, etc., but our goal is to always provide a consistent, appropriate pricing for each of those considerations. Really good, hot water and water pressure in the shower, and the mattresses were just right and seemed new
