I wonder who you are and if you have some advice on how we can improve our offer as 6/10 - "OK" seems very low to us? Which property did you stay in? Was there something specific that you didn't like, that you think we can improve? Did you use the grounds, pool, BBQ, games or play areas, have you a comment to help us improve these areas? It seems a-shame you choose to be anonymous when if you felt so low a score was necessary surely you could give us some indication as to what you'd like to see improved, or which property you were in? Do you think our prices are not ok at 122 for 5 people or 147 for 6 people, which includes all utility bills, gas fir the BBQ, and all linen?? Regards Paulette
