"Excellent location. Practically 3-5 minute walk to Masjid ul Nabwi. Added bonus is, there’s the “Creation Museum” right next to it with excellent exhibits and eye catching architecture. Also very good restaurants inside the museum building. Plenty of shopping options around. Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and clean. Carpet is a little worn out, that’s why I gave it a 4 star but all the other amenities and services from staff, housekeeping and front desk is top notch 5 star worthy. Loved the wudu sink in the bathroom. Fridge in the room is added bonus. A microwave would have made it perfect though. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"Check in is very time consuming. Room is very congested for the prices we paid. Towels were given upon request. Check out staff even did not bother to speak even and just waved hand to point the place where we should put our key. It was overpriced experience. We had better treatment in US for same amount. "
