I booked a stay at the hotel through Expedia and when I showed up I was told by two ladies at the Reception desk that the hotel was closed.

Terrible communications

Reception do not speak English. We forgot something in hotel and called back and no one wants to answer our questions. Please call us to talk in English.

Had to request house keeping for every single day I was present on the site (5days) all of which was ignored and only had the room cleaned once i checked out.
The garbage in my room piled up, was out of tissue and toilet paper.
The staff at the front desk was also very unresponsive... every time I approached the responses were very dismissive and felt that I was putting them at an inconvenience.
