Dirty rooms, bad smell and old building

Not what is advertised on the website.
Posted 8 Jan 2020 on HotelsMy stay was horrible. We only got the room late and then when we got into the room the sink pipe had a big hole in it, the toilet pot was linking the bathroom was filthy. The rooms is dirt even the walls, the curtains was dirty and the bedding and towels . Just the worst place we’ve ever seen. They don’t give an iron.

総合的には値段も割引になっていたし、ロケーションも預言者モスクまですぐだったのでよかった。
◎良かった点
ロケーション、預言者モスクまで徒歩5分、二軒先に多分24hやってるケバブ屋さんやコンビニもあって明るいし便利でした
モスク対面ではテントでのローカルマーケットもあってアバヤが安くかえました。
一人旅だったので何時でもエントランスに人がいて賑やかなのがよかったです
部屋も綺麗でお湯もでました
ベッド横のコンセントも豊富です
×悪かった点
チェックインに一時間かかったけどまあ海外だし許容範囲。
バスタオルと延泊を朝フロントでお願いしました。バスタオルは持っていく、延泊は同じ部屋でokとのことでした。
でも30分たってこなくてもお一度言いにいったらprayいくとの事で更に30分まちもう一度いくと彼は帰ったとの事で違う方にもう一度お願いしましたがやはりこなく、また聞きに行くと部屋番号をメモするのわ忘れてたとのことでした。更に仮眠中ノックで起こされ、チェックアウトの時間といわれました。彼はアラビア語しか話せないようでまた受付につれていかれ延泊が伝わっていなかったようでマネージャーに同じ話をして部屋に戻りましたがまたノックで起こされました。ノックしてきたのは清掃員で彼も私がその日チェックアウトだとおもったといっていました。
結局全て解決するまで数時間かかったのでちゃんと情報共有をしてほしいです。
あとは、火災報知器の誤作動が何回も朝方ありました。先日から中東の情勢も悪化したばかりだしゆっくり寝られませんでした。
