Very small room this not what we booked talked to the manager he was not very friendly he couldn’t give us another room we booked for four night but we only stayed one night and we move to another Hotel which was much much better and friendly I will not recommend any one to stay at this Hotel.

This hotel is a joke! Very disappointed, I traveled from USA to complete my holly visit , 1- No WiFi service anywhere in the property 2- staff do not speak English 3- door keys would stop working suddenly 4- breakfast: most unhealthy choices 5- very poor water pressure in the shower 6- when I reported issues to front desk who were 2 seemingly teenagers, acted dumb I will not choose this property again and will not recommend it to anyone!

The staffs were very nice and professional. Overall it was a good experience.

Very close to the prophet’s mosque. Good value for money. Clean rooms but small. Be prepared for a delay before prayer time as many people will be using the lifts, plan ahead and leave early.

Good hotel , pleasant stay , walking distance to Haram Busy elevators especially during praying times .
