Shower floor leaking

The room was sold as a 3 bedroom but was in reality a 2 bed with an extra bed put into it. This meant there was a serious space issue and little room to even place luggage.
However, breakfast was really good and location is about 1 minute walk from the Al Anwar Movenpick.

This Hotel is a mess. It is dirty. Rooms are very small. Pee smell in room. Shower was leaking whole time. Sink was broken. Food was below average and very poor service. Reception people don not speak English. Very disappointing experience.

Posted 7 Jan 2020 on HotelsVery basic hotel. Not a 4 star rating, old building, location is good, but only 37 parking spaces for a 400 room restaurant. Breakfast is also very basic and limited in choice.

Posted 1 Jan 2020 on HotelsNo sufficient staff in the front reception to deal with customers. The water pressure in the shower was very low.
As the hotel was almost fully occupied it took too much time for the elevators access.
