The first room I was given had obviously not been cleaned in weeks. The carpet was filthy. There was a thick layer of dust on everything. They gave me a new room. It was better, but marginally. There was a muddy shoe print by the shower. They cleaned it, but not entirely. And now the next day, I have numerous red bug bites. I was there with a group of students and they had roaches. If it was cheaper, I'd throw up my hands. But at $100/night in MADERA, this is a big fat no. I did not expect the Ritz, it's Motel 6. But, I do expect clean. Gross. Gross. Gross. Avoid at all costs.

Not enough clothing hangers in the wall. And lights in bedroom too glarey bright!
