NO PARKING NO PARKING NO PARKING The hotel overall is beautiful, relaxing and if you are looking to spend days inside the hotel maybe it is worth it. To be honest, I regret staying here because of the parking and food. If you go to madeira you are on adventure mode, like hiking, walking, and driving a lot. You just want to arrive relax and rest, not having to stress about finding parking knowing what you paid for the stay. I was lucky enough to find almost every day (keep in mind it was low season), but I parked in a random spot twice and hoped the car wouldn't get towed. The food is not the best, it is better to go to a local restaurant to eat. Breakfast looks like they used some of the food from last night. The omelette station was worth it. Coffee is an absolute no (if you’re a serious coffee lover.)

The Spa was incredible. We used the ocean view sauna every day and loved it! Room was clean and tidy, we had a nice view from our balcony. Walkable to many restaurants in the area. It was a relaxing and quiet location compared to the more lively Funchal.

Staff was awesome, they knew we had an early flight and offered to have. Breakfast box for us upon checkout. Property is large and difficult to navigate

The room was very nice with a wonderful Jew and balcony. Walked down to their bar and it was awesome with an amazing view of the ocean. Didn’t walk around much because it rained all night.

Absolutely lovely hotel, the breakfast brunch was fantastic every time. The location is great if you plan to travel around the island as it’s 20 seconds from the highway. The ocean view was great as well. The restaurant and markets that are 30 seconds walk from the hotel were phenomenal as well. Definitely staying here again when I come back!

Great hotel, with lots of restaurants, lounges, loved the beach/pool/cliff area. Breakfast has a lot of variety. Limited parking and no dedicated shampoo or conditioner, only one bottle of soap/gel for both body and hair. Rooms renovated but not completely, the terrace and windows are still dated. Overall, we did enjoy our stay, there were a lot more positives than negatives.

Facilities were nice and room was clean, but staff were unable to place our family travelling with children in adjacent rooms, despite prior request, which impaired our enjoyment of the holiday.
