Lovely quiet hotel in Machico, short walking distance to the sea front. I enjoyed the breakfast. Staff were very helpful with an issue I had with my passport and helping with my luggage while I went Scuba diving after check out.

Very good stay at this small hotel. I advised of our very late flight and arrangements were made for our arrival after front desk closed. Excellent communication from hotel staff to set this up and all went very smoothly. Room was clean and quiet although a bit dated. I was told that renovations are being undertaken. Excellent breakfast included. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is very convenient to the airport in a lovely town setting.

Great staff, very accommodating and friendly. Central Machico area and walkable. Breakfast was very good. Overall everything was very good at a reasonable price 👍

Quiet hotel in a quiet small beach town in Madeira

From bags been allowed to be dropped off early,request of a kettle in my room,booking for lunch,to general area information 2nd to none.Very friendly staff that went out of there way to help you.A very pleasant and enjoyable stay at a great location

Place was closed when we got there Expedia website said a 24/7 reception

The reception closes at 23:00 but we have a night guard that opens the door to do the check in. We have his number on the reception door. We also have the option of a keysafe, where we leave the key of the hotel, but we have to be informed that it is a late check in.Thank you.

Very good
Posted 1 Jul 2024 on HotelsParking was juggled but not an issue . The hotel was a very good budget hotel . The breakfast was more than adequate . Staff were very friendly . It’s a great spot to do walking especially the peninsula walk . Nacho do is much quieter and cheaper than Funchal but we found very friendly

Than she recommended me good restaurant. Room was clean.. Nice breakfast. I definitely recommend this hotel.
