"Location is great but as others said the rest is to be desired. The clientele especially on weekends is pretty loud and level of intoxication is high. The property itself has a feel of a motel. I did like their model of a basket replacing towels and other toiletries every morning. Being on the beach is super super convenient and the beach is great.
