Location was very easy to access. Paddleboat, rowboat available for use is a plus. Communication from Hush Lodge was excellent.

Our room was very comfortable, with a huge king sized bed. It was very clean and well maintained.

What did we not like? Where to begin?
It’s a 500m walk to the “lake”, which is really a weed-filled pond that is not swimmable except for beavers. The pedal boat is made for children, not adults, it’s so small. The floating dock is tipsy and in very poor condition. If you use up all the toilet paper and/or garbage bags, they have a price list on the fridge so you have to pay for more items.

We believe the criticism is overly harsh and unnecessary.We’ve provided paddle boat, row boat and kayak free of cost for all guests - children and adults. The deck is sturdy and fine.We never put out any list of purchase for any usable items. We’ve provided 4 toilet rolls for the guests for 5 days and should she need more it would have been a matter of call away. We never charge our clients for extra toiletries.Hope we could have given her a better experience at our well accoladed resort.
