Worst hotel worst service

The reception was horrible, nobody gave me the right information , even when I’m trying to park my car near the hotel they refused me to park the car and the luggage service was horrible , I asked for not a far room due to my mothers age , no silverware , not food in hotel room , when i asked for water they gave me a glass not a bottle , and in the end of journey they claimed that it was against there policy to give water , the a/c didn’t work , everything was horrible , worst hotel I ever went too, below ratings

5 star service in a ghost town

This is one of two Melia properties in the area. The other is the all-inclusive only beach resort. The properties are nice, peaceful, and well kept in the public areas. There were almost no people (guests) that we observed at either property. These are large complexes built up with what feels like just a hope to churn out profit. On this property, they couldn't even be bothered to remove the barcode tags for the Ikea-like furniture. Although new, rooms were already worn. Location: lots of construction in the area, but no one around and nothing to do. On the negative side, it was surreal - like there had been a zombie attack and we were some of the last humans left. On the plus side, this means a very private beach, which is nice. Service: Service on the other hand was amazing here! We arrived very late. Mohammed was fantastic. He made it all as easy and comfortable as possible. He even came back to our rooms after taking us there to bring us a couple of bottles of water in case we'd get thirsty. Also, we were leaving very early in the morning after our second night, so we asked for a little breakfast to go (breakfast was included). He said he would arrange something for us and the whole staff had the entire buffet ready an hour earlier! These are just examples of the exemplary service we received!

Tt le personnelle et incroyable surtous amin.pour lenchangement qui a etait fait au niveau des boisson et machine a café le changement c vraiment nimporte quoi café deguelasse cetait mieux lannee derniere

Belle expérience en famille

Le site est très bien fait, ma fille de 4 ans a adoré son expérience. La nourriture du buffet est toujours excellente et variée. Seul problème, une des soirées où nous y étions, les employés du resort ont fait la fête jusqu’à minuit avec la grosse musique et les cris. Nous n’avons pu dormir jusqu’à ce que la fête termine, ce qui nous embête beaucoup. Aussi, la « monitrice » du kids club était assise et écoutait des vidéos YouTube au lieu de jouer avec ma fille. Pour le reste, séjour impeccable.

Salle de sport sans climatisation, nourriture pas du tout variée tout le temps la même chose, plats sec ou trop sale. Nous nous somme tromper d’hôtel nous voulions changer pour avoir celui en bord de plage on nous a demander le double du prix pour pouvoir changer.

Jai séjourner 10jour dans cette hotel je vous garanti que tout et impecable le personnel au petit soin lequipe animation vrement au top soukaina et omar vrement que du possitif le buffé variee tres propre tres bon le monsieur qui soccupe de gere la restauration vremnt au petit soin de tous c client je suis 100%satisfaite je recommande a 1000%
