"Everything was good. the person responsible for giving us the beach voucher was rude, unprofessional and argumentative towards me my wife the lady from Csuites refused us a pass ruined the entire stay. I would never stay in the hotel again and next time I'll go to Savoy. They should not have someone with such low intelligence talking to anyone about anything get him a helmet and keep idiots from behind the counter. "

"crazy loud outside almost every night .. the area is nice , access to many things .. the condo is good , No amenities like a hotel , but still good for the price .. "

"The property is showing its age, but the room was in great condition and the bed was very comfortable. When I arrived the pool was murky, but by the time I left the water was crystal clear. The gym area is not great, no A/C, but if you're willing to sweat it out, it'll work ... I used the treadmill for an hour and was soaked when finished. Overall this hotel served its purpose and I will use it again."

"Spectacular ocean view in a very well appointed room, with nice kitchen, ample living space and a nice bedroom and bathroom. Air conditioning was exceptional and very nice big screen TV. "I enjoyed my stay here and the staff are amazing. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and air conditioning is working properly. You get free 2 bottles of water everyday. Prices for food and drinks are almost American prices but you can always stock-up on drinks. You can buy the drinks outside and bring it to the room. You have refrigerator in the room. The food is decent some are very good and some are ok. The restaurant staff especially to Hiroshi, Rachel and Efren made my stay...
