Great appartment but the parking in underground car park was very confusing! More instructions are needed to find car spot. Easy for transport and shopping. Thanks!

The property was close to the university & Macquarie Centre. The area surrounding the building was most pleasant. However, we weren’t provided with the twin room apartment we requested. Instead we were given separate rooms 6 levels apart. I was told this would occur 1 week after booking but you must not advertise something you can’t provide. There is a lot to be said about written effective communication. You can not assume travellers will understand different types of cards or tags some hidden discreetly behind name tags. While I was told to use a code it did not work on the keypad of the building or the car park & I didn’t notice the small black tag on the key ring until another resident pointed it out. Please write this down on your instructions & don’t use a code if it doesn’t work. Also don’t provide an option to leave keys in the locked box or the kitchen bench. Don’t leave your keys on the bench in the kitchen as per instructions, you will not be able to access the car park. If you would like me write effective instructions for a small fee I would be happy to do so.

While we are confident that the apartments we advertise are available and at its best state, unfortunate situations can still occur and we will always think of our guests' safety and comfort above all. And at the time, the best solution was to split your booking into two separate functioning apartments. And we aim to update you as soon as we have secured the changes to minimise the inconvenience to be caused.We do have the instructions on our key use and the code use in the guest app that you received during your stay, under the House Manual option on your homepage. Alternatively, we are happy to assist our guests verbally when requested as some would prefer this option. Nonetheless, we are constantly reviewing the functionality of our guest app based on feedback like yours. Thank you for offering in writing the instructions but we do have a dedicated team to work on this.Thank you again for your time and for choosing to stay with us.

This place is beautiful close to everything little far from the city but one bus takes you there we enjoyed walking to the shopping centre it’s 10 minutes walk

In the apartment everything was great, as we expected. We enjoyed our stay. The only improvement could be if the car parking is easier… Someone put a nasty note on my car, while I parked in a “visitor” market spot.
