Was not happy about how I was spoken to by the night shift person. Was making a cup of coffe at 5:55 I turned the light on so I could see and she said behind the desk I have that light off for a reason. Could not even come out to tell me and the way she said it was very rude. We stay at your hotels for every race but if this is how I am to be treated I may just pick another hotel.

The staff were wonderful and the breakfast was great! The building is currently being renovated, so some rooms are updated and some are not, and I did end up getting a big ole nail in one of my tires from all the scaffolding and debris in front of the building. The surrounding area was a little sketchy but we slept through the night without a worry.

The room stinks, filthy dirty, 10 mattresses out in back of the building.

The mattress had bulging springs, and the reason you get a hotel is to get some good rest. The caulk around the inside of the sink - which you can see clearly when you sit on the toilet - is full of mold and mildew. There were hairs on my sheets. It was just bad, bad. They are renovating at this location, but renovations do not change a LaQuinta into a Four Seasons.
