The water park is a nice addition but the chlorine was so strong that my head was pounding and my eyes were burning and bloodshot the room was a standard room the fridge barely got cold and to keep our refrigerated stuff out side so it would stay cold the screen door on the balcony was torn and ripped up I definitely expected a better stay for 200.00 dollars

From the outside the property looked beautiful-
our room was on level 4- we had to go up the elevator and then find the stairs to go up the rest of the way- it was very poorly marked. It appeared they used to serve a breakfast, but it was clearly closed for a while as the counters were dusty and the garbage was still full and was incredibly stinky as if it hadn't been emptied in a while. There was also a cup of coffee that appeared to have been sitting there since the last time there had been food served. It was disgusting. The room looked like they really wanted it to be a beautiful property, but things were broken, the walls were very dirty and covered in what looked like dried pop, the toilet paper was empty as well as the Kleenex. During our entire stay, the elevators we had to use were blocked by laundry carts that we had to move around- filled with dirty towels. We got to the pool and couldn't even get through the door and had to walk around to the outside door to get in. The pool water was freezing. We couldn't even use to the waterpark/pool because it was so cold. The water was very dirty- there was clumps of dirt or dust or something floating in the water and the water appeared to be a dirty yellow color. We really wanted to enjoy this place as our toddler was very excited.

The halls, rooms, pool, and common areas were very unclean and unkept. The pool was not very deep and you could not see to the bottom of it. I should have checked the ratings before booking 😬. The staff were very friendly.
