No hot water in our shower. Tepid at best. Some of the staff was very friendly, others not very.

I have to say it is the first time for me to use Experdia, and the experience is terrible! Let me get on the list: (1) First of all, the room is awfully small. For 600 hundreds dollars a night and that is the room we get? There is no sink in the restroom neither, can you even believe that? (2) Another problem is the bug. So many tiny bugs in the room which is very gross (3) Thirdly, the room wall is very thin. I mean, VERY THIN. We have two dogs. And whenever they hear anything on hall way, they bark, at midnight, at 2 am, at 3 am. This is terrible! (4) Last but not least, on Experdia it said the breakfast is included. However, it is NOT! We have to pay for the breakfast and it is awfully expensive, too. To be fair, the breakfast is not that bad, but the key point is that we should not pay for that. I need refund! Or I will NEVER use Experdia again.

The lovely green lawn you see in the photos is covered in dog poop, COVERED, every 2" minimum. Don't even think of a picnic lunch there. I felt so sorry for the Brides that had to walk though this to get to the lovely gazebo to marry. What a way to start a marriage, in the crapper literally :(
