It's in a great location and so easy to walk to the shops and restaurants. The property was nice and clean.

Comfy stay. Nice restaurants close by.

Communication via email fine. Communication via phone confusing and annoying. Stating we needed to pay? Then stated needed credit card for bond. Couldn’t find purse tried to ring numerous times gave up arrived before reception closed. Receptionist lovely. Easy check in. Room comfortable had all we needed. Rooftop area an added bonus for view. Check out smooth. Then another phone call stating couldn’t find keys same lady as day before

Hi Joanne, Thank you for your review. We do call when a guest may be arriving late as we require the credit card details to process the security bond as when booking via an agent we often do not receive your details.

Will not stay again.

Booked a balcony room but was told i couldn't use c the balcony due to loose tiles. Doors were cable tied together but i did manage to open bedfoom door for some fresh air. Carpets dirty and disgusting. Mould on bedside lamp shades and blinds. General lack of care and maintenance.

I didn’t think to choose non smoking because I didn’t think any shared accommodation allowed it anymore. The floors were sticky, it wreaked, there was tar on almost every surface. It was a bit more run down than it looked on pics. Some of the kitchen utensils were old and scratched up. The service was friendly though and the building easy to access.

No daily servicing, cleanliness not to the standard expected for the review - bathrooms were very dirty / mouldy. Given the review we expected the facility to be in better condiction, walls had alot of damage, rooftop floor was not open, receptoin only manned Mon-Fri during work hours.

Thank you Justin, To keep inline with Sustainability practices we service the self-contained apartments every 3rd weekday & your room was serviced on the Friday during your stay. We close the rooftop off in wet weather for guest safety. As our reception is open weekdays 9am to 5.30pm we also have an after hours service for late checkins. We hope to be back open on weekdays when more staff become available.

Nice property with gated parking. The thing I felt uncomfortable with, was check in. There was no one there and i had to give out my visa number over a speaker and hope nobody else was listening.
