"Joan picked us up from the training station and showed us to our room. The room was huge, 3 king beds the shower and jacuzzi facility was good, cant beat the price for the size. Not all of the functions of the shower worked like the side shower but the main one worked. The jacuzzi also worked well. "Awful-there was no road access to the building-had to walk each day with luggage to the hotel from a distant adjacent road for 10plus minutes.COULD NOT BELIEVE IT.Contacted hotel.com immediately-Nothing was resolved to our satisfaction-A REAL let down from HOTEL.COM.To top it off, there was no hot water or at times electricity..Non accessibility to hotel due to construction was not disclosed at all.Pictures are really deceptive."
