This was a functionally good hotel for us. We needed a clean, safe, and convenient place to sleep and shower. This hotel did just that. It is located in the heart of Machu Picchu Town close to restaurants, shopping, and the main square.
The free breakfast was more than expected and the staff was very friendly. "Lés" (sp?) was amazing. She made us breakfast each morning and was very kind.
The wifi was spotty on the 3rd and 4th four.
It is not a fancy place, but it is functional and located well in the city.

Everything was excellent except for the second day they forgot to wake up to open for breakfast that's why the service got four stars and not 5

This property is close to the train station and bus stop which is important because you will have to carry your luggage to your hotel as there is no vehicular traffic in Mach Picchu City. The hotel was clean. They provided a decent breakfast. The staff was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again if I ever returned.
