Excelente acomodação, confortável para 4 pessoas com 2 camas grandes. Limpo e organizado. Faltaram amenidades, tinha somente um frasco com sabonete líquido em cima da pia, sem shampoo e condicionador, nada que atrapalhasse nossa estadia. (Sugestão). Atendimento excepcional da equipe. Restaurante muito bom, com ótimo atendimento. Voltaremos e indicamos.

Se eu soubesse que ficar num apartamento de proprietário, fosse tão ruim, não teria feito. Não tem com letras garrafais na apresentação e locação que não se troca toalha. Ficamos 4 dias, eu, minha esposa, 2 filhos com as mesmas 4 toalhas. Nada pode ser feito, quando é proprietário. Ainda bem que o hotel faz a limpeza do quarto. Experiência para nunca mais!

Não gostei nem um pouco
Eu fiquei no quarto 633 que é um flat particular, pois quando fui fechar não tinha mais vaga no hotel. Para mim não valeu a pena, pois paguei o mesmo preço e perdi várias vantagens do hotel, como por exemplo o café da manhã, toalha de piscina. O que mais me chateou, foi ter fechado 7 diárias, e mesmo assim, não ter sido trocado a toalha e roupa de cama nenhuma vez. O hotel disse que teria que ser autorizado pela dona do quarto, e no primeiro contato que fizemos, a dona já negou dizendo que flat não dá direito a troca de toalhas. Não foram 3 diárias e sim 7. Em uma cidade de praia, acaba sendo difícil ficar uma semana inteira com a mesma toalha, sem contar roupa de cama. O chuveiro também muito fraquinho pra mulher lavar o cabelo, sem direito a café da manhã, alguns armarios trancados com cadeado, cofre não funcionante e ar condicionado super barulhento. Realmente a experiência não foi boa. Com relação ao hotel, era ok, mas a piscina muito pequena e academia nem pode ser considerada, por não ter quase nada de aparelho. Poderia ter ao menos um bebedouro, pois treinar naquele calor, e ter q ficar comprando garrafa pequena com preço exorbitante ficou difícil. Outro ponto negativo é a abordagem logo de cara pra vc participar de palestra pra comprar fração de hotéis. Achei chato. Não recomendo.

Tive um problema na minha chegada, o ar condicionado estava sem funcionar, mas como chegamos de madrugada e muito cansados, dormimos dessa forma mesmo. No dia seguinte, a gerência do hotel resolveu o problema e nos deu café da manhã de cortesia pelo resto da estadia (na nossa reserva não estava incluso). O local é muito bom. Sempre lindo, funcionários atenciosos e sempre solícitos.
