Shameful

The hotel is old, terrible conditions, breakfast is poor, the pictures deceive because the hotel is falling apart, molding walls, dirty floor, scary and noisy elevators. It was the WORST hotel I have ever been... you get the place by the pictures and there is nothing you can do when you arrive there... I'm disappointed.

Excelente recepção, os problemas foram resolvido com eficiência. Destaco o caloroso acolhimento dos funcionários, em especial, a Tacia do restaurante e a Renata, camareira.
