Macau Hotels with Hot Tubs

"lovely stay once again! this time I brought my whole family along. the hotel was so nice to have prepared a welcome spread of yummy Portuguese wine and almond cookies and fruit platter, with a handwritten welcome card too~ I feel very special and welcome. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. the fruits were even replenished daily and that was really sweet of them. will surely return again and try the spas and their high tea! only thing that i'd like to feedback is the beds are too soft so if they can have the option of a harder bed topper, it would be great! also love that they started a shuttle service to get to the HKZM bridge so i can go back conveniently especially since i am flying back from HK instead of Macau this time round. The staff are wonderful. Doormen are very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff Brittany was very meticulous and checked the info for us for fear that we'd face complications for our returning flight. Ariel helped us to settle in nicely as well. I am super happy that I chose to come back to Artyzen :)"

"Staff spoke little English but were helpful when assistance was needed. Family room was spacious. However the sofa bed was uncomfortable and cannot be sleep on. Sore spine and terrible pain. Definitely not recommended for sleeping. "
