Reception staff friendly and efficient, upgraded us as it was our 50th wedding anniversary. Concierge helpful with advice getting about. Hotel clean and spacious. Would stay again.

There is a strong smell of smoking inside and outside the room.

We had such a relaxing and memorable stay at Hotel Royal Macau ...the immaculately decorated and spacious rooms exceeded our expectations and enhanced our stay. Highly recommended - Grand Lisboa was walking distance away so was the St. Paul Cathedral, yet the hotel was situated in a quiet area away from too crowded Casino areas.

Front desk was very rude. I came in a bit early (1pm) all I was told was “checkout later”.

The ambience and super cleanliness rooms enhanced my stay x2 nights. The location was ideal for a quiet time, yet St. Paul Cathedral and the Grand Lisboa was only 20mins walk. The swimming pool area was a bonus for a relaxing evening.
