Staff was excellect, but housekeeping could have done a better job of cleaning the room.

Location is convenient to many places and dining options are great! The bed was clean and comfortable but the room I booked is meant for three people but the cups and toiletries are for two people only! And the room is actually for two people so by putting in an extra bed the room is so squishy yet we are paying the same amount of money as those who pay for two people. It’s so unfair

My stay at the Caravel Hotel was an excellent experience and I can’t say enough good things about it and the staff. The manager Joao was able to help us out with our last minute reservations. The front desk Andy and Harvey were incredibly friendly and helpful with our questions about the room. When we need an ironing board and iron. I was shocked on how quick the response was. My girlfriend forgot her ring in the bathroom when we checked out. Sandy from housekeeping quickly returned it to the front desk and Andy called us about it. The hotel was great but the staff is what really made our stay a memorable experience. Thank you very much

While is located in the street alley, the hotel is in a strategic location. Near to bustop, all the local cafe and walking distance to tourist attractions. Hotel staff service is good, hotel room is well matained.

Above expectations, modern and clean, good substitute to five star hotel but a lot cheaper. Good transport network around, easy to get around city centre, a lot of food places and shopping around. Got everything you need in a hotel, only down side is the shower/bath tends to drain slow and prone to flooding because of the design. Not many TV channels either. Personal opinion about the airconditioner, didn't like it blowing right at my face when sleeping. If can move around the room set up with the bed would be nice?
