The staff was very nice and the check-in process was easy. We had translator which was helpful. Room was clean and smelled nice

Great location, friendly staff. Breakfast pretty good, lunch and diner options ok. Ask for a room at the front side, back side is air exhaust pipe of a restaurant. Very unpleasant onion and deep fry smell in the room when you open the window from morning to around 9pm. This is a major problem.

Unacceptable extra charges
Posted 15 Apr 2023 on HotelsI stayed at the property as I’m here visiting my girlfriend. We planned on going out for dinner. When she arrived to pick me up, I needed time to take a shower. So wanted to wait in the room while I showered before dinner. Reception collected her info. She visited then we went out for dinner and she went home and I returned to the hotel. The next morning on check out the was a charge for a second person staying in the room for 87 real. I protested, but they wouldn’t reverse the charge. I have stayed in many hotels and never had this happen. I will never return to this property.

Bom dia! A propriedade está bem localiza, em uma região central. O hotel ainda conserva as instalações do Íbis, Rede Accor. Os funcionários da recepção, com pouca flexibilidade. No checkin solicitei um apartamento em andar alto, 5. ou 6. andares e me foi negado. Graças a boa vontade do recepcionista TIAGO, conseguí trocar de apartamento e desfazer a primeira má impressão. São de funcionários assim que os hotéis precisam, porque muitas vezes chegamos cansados da viagem e a primeira impressão pode determinar a satisfação ou não em relação ao atendimento do hotel.

J'ai voulu connaître macapa et je suis satisfaite de ce que j’ai découvert. En plus j'ai un ami à mon mari qui nous a fait découvrir un lieu magnifique. Très satisfaite de l'hôtel AMAPA et de la ville de macapa.
