Acredito que poderiam melhorar a logística do café, depois das 8:30 a reposição praticamente acaba e algumas coisas que tinham mais cedo não repõem. Atendimento na recepção não é de qualidade.

Necessitei trocar três vezes de quarto no momento do check in. Primeiro quarto sem vista, janela abria pro corredor interno. Segundo quarto tinha problemas na porta e por fim o último quarto, mas que não possuía duchinha. Cansado, aceitei. O hotel está com as instalações físicas da área de lazer na cobertura bastante desgastadas, não há conforto algum na área aberta próximo à piscina. Ninguém frequenta o espaço. O lobby precisa de uma climatização melhor. O salão do café da manhã é fechado pontualmente às 9:30h. Vi um casal de hóspedes entrar no restaurante às 9:20h e 10 minutos após tudo foi recolhido do buffet. Até a água eles retiram. Absurdo! Tem que haver uma tolerância para quem já está no salão poder se servir à vontade. Os quartos são amplos e claros e a localização é muito boa, próximo ao shopping.

O hotel precisa de uma boa administração. No check-in me colocaram em um quarto no primeiro andar que, na primeira descarga no vaso sanitário, deu problema. Me trocaram para quarto no segundo andar. No segundo dia da estada, o vaso sanitário entupiu. Consertaram. No terceiro dia, de novo, reclamei e disse pra deixarem assim pois já estava saindo. A desculpa são que os franceses hospedados jogam papel higiênico no vaso sanitário. Fora isso, tudo correu bem e recomendo o hotel.

Deixou a desejar.
Viagem de 4 dias, apesar da localização boa, os lençóis, os travesseiros e as toalhas deixaram muito a desejar, eram bem finos e de pouquíssima qualidade. Além disso, o cúmulo é você ser obrigado a assinar um documento que diz que em caso de sumiço de toalhas você pagará uma taxa de, salvo engano, R$ 90,00. O valor é totalmente incompatível com a qualidade das toalhas e ainda coloca o hóspede como possível criminoso. Achei bem deselegante e nunca tinha visto essa obrigação em nenhum hotel.
