"The shower drain was clogged shut with little to no hot water and the entire floor felt like a sauna, with a hallway temperature exceeding the outside temperature and humidity by a wide margin. The place was under renovation which was never made mention of during the process. The staff was nice, but I basically wasted a restless night because they lied by omission to keep their booking. Travelocity also made no mention of this."

"Shower drainage wasn’t great, made it difficult not to track water everywhere, and the AC turns off when you leave and takes forever to cool, but other than that it was great. Staff was great and “Johnny-on-the-spot” with help when needed, bed was comfortable, and water pressure was great. "

"This is the third time I have stayed here and I love the hotel. The only downside is the disrepair of the streets around the immediate location which they have no control over. Staff is always very friendly and professional. Have yet to have a bad experience with anyone working in the building. "
