The property is beautiful. However, the management has some serious issues. You can’t find the one person who is working, they leave at 6pm and lock the facilities. We booked the best suite three months in advance. 3 days before they told us they booked a wedding and would give us our first night free. They did in the smallest hobbit room ever. Still waiting for our refund as I write. No customer service.

No Service Hotel!
Posted 21 Jan 2019 on HotelsBeautiful property on the river across from an industrial area. The facility was nice and so were the rooms that were different from the usual. But, yes there must be a but, the staff at this hotel (front desk/customer service) were of no use. My wife and I attempted to go to bed at 22:00 since we had an early departure the following morning. We "attempted" to sleep but were unable to until about 4:00 the following morning due to guests at the room next to ours holding a party in their room with loud techno music, slamming of doors, and loud conversations. There was nobody to reach at the hotel to assist with this issue since they departed at 18:00. Tried to both email and call the staff but received no response or assistance. At 3:30 had to get up knock on their door and asked the guests to keep it down but this request was ignored. At check-out in the morning, I inquired about why no one had returned my call or emails and the front desk stated that they did not receive any calls. So beware, if you have an issue at this hotel, you cannot expect to receive any service.
