Toilets were blocked, nothing was open for use. Beer was expensive. Dog was in the kitchen while preparing limited breakfast. Paid in advance $380 non refundable for 3 days but left after 1 day.

Dissapointed
Terrible we reserved the honeymoon suite. Got put into a lower cost room because the air conditioning was broken in our reserved room. The elevator was inoperable so my pregnant wife had to climb stairs multiple times to the 3rd floor. No hot water in the room. The bar was closed, I asked why and they said because it is out of stock. The food was just OK at best. Hotels.com should romove this place from their list of establishments. My wife and I both are upset. I was ready to check out an hour after we arrived. The only nice thing I can say is the staff was very friendly and apologetic. This place is equivalent to a low end Motel 6 with a Marriot price.

NO HOT WATER. Our room had a balcony. However, there were two ac units installed on the balcony that, of course, blow hot when they are running. The balcony was unusable. Terrible design.

It pretty average !!!
Foods was too expensive and drinks is even more expensive. Bed is too small for my boyfriend who is 6ft. Probably most of the time no electricity and staff can't figured out how to change the smoke alarm battery. Not coming back at all. Some of your staff are friendly and some are look grumpy 🙁
Worst hotel of entire trip. No hot water. Staff said we had to leave taps running for 15 mins. Locks on doors didnt work. Swimming pool full of rubbish. No cold drinks available. Half the menu was not available for breakfast. The lift was not working, after 3 days of non stop travelling the ladt tlhing i wanted to do was climb stairs with my luggage. Apart from the location i would give this hotel an extra wide berth. The management were no where to be found to discuss a cheaper rate due to the lack of facilities offered but could not be supplied. Will be telling everyone and anyone to stay well clear of this property as they falsely advertise the features

Beware of Dogs and Owner
We had a bad experience when the owner's dogs attacked my friends 5 year old daughter. As my friend, her daughter and I were walking on the property, the owner and staff had her 3 dogs and appeared be feeding them. The dogs started barking and two charged at us. One of the staff grabbed the leash of 1 dog but nobody held the leash of another dog which was barking and charged at the little girl. Luckily right when the dogs mouth was less than one foot away from the little girl's face, I was able to grab the dog by the leash and sling it away. The little girl was frightened and crying. The owner apologized but then made things worse when she said she knew the dogs should not be outside (admitting negligence). I told her that it didn't make me happier that she knew the dogs shouldn't be outside but she had them outside anyway, she yelled at me that if her apology was not good enough she would apologize to the girl. She then went over the the little girl, who by now was 20 feet away, and started shouting 12 inches from her face "please forgive me," many times. The rest of the stay we were always cautious and on the look out for the dogs when we were outside of our room. At checkout time, I told the owner I was disappointed at how she handled the situation and did nothing to try to make it up to us. She told me if I didn't like it I should write a review online. I also found a uncovered razor blade laying on the grass near pool and owner did nothing about that.
No internet in the room. Internet was available in lobby but very hot there. Aircon didn't work properly made it hard to sleep well in that case hot weather. Pool was very blurry and seemed not clean. The choice of breakfast was very limited and there were no other restaurant near by. there was no direct access from the potperty to the beach, at the same time beach did not seem to be clean.
Our stay was very pleasant. Of all the hotels that I checked in from Cebu, Surigao , Jaimees has HOT water in the shower room which I appreciate much especially that I wasn’t feeling too well. I was fortunate to meet the owners and they are so nice and accommodating... If ever I’ll be in Leyte there’s no doubt that I’ll be coming back to Jaimees...

The claimed Restaurant doesn't exist.
Our lunch menu was two choices - pancit or spaghetti. Same for the dinner. The free breakfast had more choices but the fresh fruit consisted of apples and bananas. Elevator wasn't working.
No AC in lobby or the "coffee shop" aka "restaurant." The boutique is now just a storage area. Second pool had unclean water. Bottom line, just another run down Leyte hotel where half the facilities don't work or are in disrepair.

US traveler in Maasin for a few days.
The staff is very friendly. The room was a bit outdated but bed was fairly comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing. Hotel is located on the ocean and has decent views. Jaimee’s is the best option for Maasin.
We stayed for about 2 weeks at this hotel. We arrived pretty early and was able to contact Wendy and arranged that our room should be ready despite the scheduled check in time. Breakfast was included although there was not much choices like for instance I asked for fresh fruits one morning, nothing available but the staff were always pleasant and friendly when we're ready to have our breakfast. We left for Cebu for 3 nights and when we came back we were upgraded to a larger room with a small fridge as I've requested so that was nice. The only complain was, we could not access wifi in our room so I had to go outside or at the cafe downstairs. Oh, and lots of mosquitoes. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to use the pool which I think it's nice. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. I would come back again....

Clean, close to town, 2 swimming pools
I stayed in the basic Standard room with double bed. The room was small but clean. There was some mold in the shower area and the CR (bathroom) door and room door handles were both in need of repair. Hot water for showers and sink. Cable TV, and no WiFi in rooms but available in lobby and pool areas. Plenty of secure parking and very safe feeling place to stay. The City of Maasin is close by but not walking distance, but transportation is available into town. The hotel grounds were well maintained and the 2 swimming pools were really nice, especially the infinity pool next to the ocean. The hotel restaurant had good food even though I thought a little high in price. Very quiet and relaxing stay and would recommend the hotel.

Resort vid havet
Ett trevligt ställe att bo på. Vänlig personal som hjälper till när det behövs. Inte toppskick men helt ok. Maten är otroligt bra och man går mätt från bordet. Kan rekommendera stället varmt.
